Add test_users.py additions — users.py now at 100% coverage

users.py went from 93% to 100%. 8 new tests close the remaining gap.

The three previously-uncovered branches:
  - get_birthday_datetime() returning None for '00-00'
  - get_birthday_date() returning None for '00-00'
  - set_birthday() rejecting non-string, non-datetime inputs
    (int, float, None) with the documented ValueError

Plus avatar coverage that was missing entirely:
  - get_avatar() defaults to None when not provided
  - set_avatar / get_avatar roundtrip
  - set_avatar(None) clears an existing avatar
  - constructor accepts avatar as a kwarg
  - constructor accepts avatar=None explicitly

Existing tests were reformatted (PEP 8 spacing) and grouped under
a 'behavior pinning' header so the diff against the new tests is
obvious.

29 of 29 new or added lines in 1 file covered. (100.0%)
