feat: model-connection settings (step 1 of subscription mode)

Optional 'Connect a model' panel + GET/POST /api/config + local config
store. Provider (claude/codex/ollama) and model persist to a gitignored
file; no API keys (auth lives in the CLIs). Manual paste unchanged.
Client script extracted to its own module to keep files under the cap.
Running variants ships next.
