feat: parameterize preamble defaults and guard against double-wrapping

- add --no-malloc-arena-max and --default-jvm-opts (defaults unchanged: -Xms512m -XX:+AggressiveHeap, MALLOC_ARENA_MAX=4)
- error when the input is already a magicjar file, detected via an embedded marker
- print nothing on success; errors still go to stderr
- inline the preamble as a Rust template and remove the src shell-script files
