chore: address review — drop passport-strategy, remove core-commons pin, document http option

- @dcl/crypto-middleware ^3.0.0 -> ^4.0.0 (4.0.0 dropped the passport strategy);
  remove the now-unnecessary passport-strategy production dependency it had
  transitively required at import time.
- Bump the @dcl data components to versions that declare @dcl/core-commons@0.10.0
  (redis ^3.1.2, queue-consumer ^3.0.3, sns ^3.1.4, job ^0.3.4) and declare
  @dcl/sqs-component ^2.2.3 explicitly (was a fragile hoisted transitive). This
  aligns the whole tree on core-commons 0.10.0, so the temporary resolutions pin
  is removed.
- Document the empty http:{} option passed to @dcl/http-server's
  createServerComponent.
