feat(unit): add dimension column for safe cross-unit conversion

- Add dimension column to t_unit (groups physically interconvertible units)
- Populate dimension for all existing units (temperature, pressure, etc.)
- Guard value_display in v_measurement_wide: only compute when import unit
  and display unit share the same dimension, NULL otherwise
- Prevents nonsensical conversions (e.g., % → µM) that require substance-
  specific knowledge (molar mass) beyond a simple linear factor
