Expose ShouldThrowOnCyclicReference on IEquivalencyValidationContext (#3242)

* Expose ShouldThrowOnCyclicReference on IEquivalencyValidationContext

Extracts the cyclic-reference check into a dedicated property on the context
so that equivalency steps can query it without knowing about Options internals.
Also moves MaxDepth to local scope and replaces var with the explicit
EquivalencyResult type for clarity.
