refactor: build SiWe message schema once in repository constructor

The schema only depends on the configured clock skew, which is fixed at
construction time, so there is no need to rebuild it on every login. The
time bounds are still evaluated per-request because the skew comparison
reads Date.now() inside superRefine at parse time.

Also corrects the "Message not yet issued"/"Message not yet valid" error
text and syncs the entity tests.
