feat(web-react)!: update Checkbox component to use composition

- Refactored Checkbox to compose layout using Flex and Item components.
- Introduced a new `marginY` prop to manage vertical spacing,
especially when used inside Stack components.
- Added a codemod to automate the migration of Checkbox instances
to include `marginY="space-0"` where necessary.
- Updated documentation and examples to reflect these changes.

BREAKING CHANGE: Checkbox now requires explicit margin management
when used within Stack components.
