Commit Message

Add CMake install package

* Add install package

* Don't use imported interfaces

Use the actual libraries so they will appear correctly in the install package.
Search static zlib first when HDF5_USE_STATIC_LIBRARIES is false.

Link test_mat with hdf5 and zlib libraries.

* Set common target properties

Add a function to set warning related properties that can be used by all CMake targets.
