Several small improvements (#652)

- runners.py: store original media settings on self, not settings object
  (avoids relying on Django private _original_* attributes)
- clients.py: replace USER_IGNORE = -1 sentinel with object() and use
  identity check (is not) instead of equality
- test_cases.py: support PUT, PATCH, DELETE in _response()
- test_html.py: add coverage for None, empty, multiple, nonexistent attrs
- models.py: fix docstring typo ("unlessit" -> "unless it")
