feat(core,common,fastify): add query http method support

Add the QUERY method (RFC 10008) as a first-class route handler via the
@QueryMethod() decorator, wired through the same path as the existing
SEARCH verb: the RequestMethod enum, router method map, core adapter, and
the Fastify adapter (which registers QUERY with hasBody enabled). Named
@QueryMethod to avoid clashing with the existing @Query() param decorator.
