Bump module dependencies to resolve CVEs:
- go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk v1.35.0 -> v1.43.0 (CVE-2026-24051, CVE-2026-39883)
- google.golang.org/grpc v1.65.0 -> v1.79.3 (CVE-2026-33186)
- google.golang.org/protobuf v1.36.5 -> v1.36.10
- golang.org/x/crypto, net, oauth2, sync, sys, term, text, tools
- github.com/go-logr/logr v1.4.2 -> v1.4.3
- github.com/stretchr/testify v1.10.0 -> v1.11.1

Update go directive from 1.24.0 to 1.25.0 (required by otel/sdk v1.43.0).
Stdlib CVEs (21) will be resolved by building with Go >= 1.25.10 (dalec).
