fix(canvas): skip line points in subchart

Render subchart points only for scatter and bubble targets in canvas mode.
This matches SVG subchart behavior for line charts.

Add regression coverage for main and subchart point rendering.
Line points remain visible in the main canvas chart but not in the subchart.
