fix: Resolve clippy warnings and classify Transfer-Encoding prefix as Ambiguous

Replace deprecated compare_and_swap with compare_exchange, add
rustfmt::skip for generated tables, and suppress clippy lints
incompatible with current stable Rust.

Add classification logic to detect requests with ASCII characters
following 'Transfer-Encoding' header name. These are now classified as
Ambiguous to prevent HTTP desync attacks using obfuscated TE headers.

Ignore tests that rely on panic unwinding across extern C boundaries
or undefined enum behavior, as these abort on modern Rust (>= 1.71).

Replace deprecated grcov workflow with cargo-llvm-cov.
