Refactor benchmark scripts (#105)

* refactor: migrate run_golden to rich output with run_golden_tests function

* refactor: wrap bench_plot logic in run_benchmark function with __main__ guard

* refactor: wrap bench_books logic in run_book_benchmark function

* refactor: clean up bench_utils.py

- Remove  attribute from all wrapper classes (unused)
- Rename  to  for consistency with other benchmark files
- Add docstrings to  methods
- Replace section comment blocks with simpler single-line comments
- Fix variable name ( → ) for clarity
- Use  instead of bare  in
- Tweak docstrings for clarity

* docs: add benchmark refactoring to CHANGELOG

* fix: close matplotlib figure after save to prevent resource leak

* refactor: extract helpers to reduce cognitive complexity in run_golden

* refactor: use console.print over bare print in BaseSegmenter.segment
