fix: Resolve clippy warnings and classify Transfer-Encoding prefix as Ambiguous

Fix deprecated compare_and_swap usage, add rustfmt::skip for generated
tables, and suppress clippy::upper_case_acronyms warning.

Add classification logic to detect requests with ASCII characters
following 'Transfer-Encoding' header name. These are now classified as
Ambiguous to prevent HTTP desync attacks using obfuscated TE headers.

Ignore tests that rely on panic unwinding across extern C boundaries
or undefined enum behavior, as these abort on modern Rust (>= 1.71).

Suppress pre-existing clippy lints that became errors with Rust 2026
stable toolchain.
