chore: pin node 24 base image to sha256 digest (#532)

Switch to node:24-alpine (pinned by digest). No glibc-only deps (Express-based http-server; only native addon is fsevents, macOS-only). Build toolchain ported apt-get -> apk (python3/make/g++) and tini installed via apk (the downloaded tini binary is glibc-linked and would not run on musl).
