chore(rpc_dart): keep legacy Bencher format for dashboard continuity

Emit bencher_results.json with the original benchmark names
(unary_rpc_simple_data, scalability_N_concurrent_operations, ...) and the
original measure slugs (throughput_ops_per_sec, latency_mean/p95/p99_
microseconds) so the existing Bencher dashboard and thresholds carry over.

Values come from the serialized mode (the legacy benchmark used the framed
transport). Scalability scenarios run N concurrent unary calls (N in
{1,5,10,20}) measuring batch latency, with throughput as 1e6/mean, matching
the old semantics. The richer per-mode latency data still lands in
rpc_benchmark_results.json.
