Feat: Browser friendly SDK & lean mastercopy management (#41)

* refactor(core): split browser-safe SDK and tooling entrypoints

Keep the default zodiac-core entrypoint limited to browser-safe SDK helpers and move artifact/deployment utilities behind the tooling entrypoint. Update artifact type imports and tests to use the new tooling path.

* refactor(core): simplify mastercopy artifact tooling

Replace map-based mastercopy artifact management with a single mastercopy.json workflow. Remove explorer writing, iterative reads, verify-all tooling, and semver-based artifact sorting. Individual packages are now not expected to manage all versions

* Bump version
