Better suport for ASA VPN

Additional commands are supported:
- 'ipv6 local pool'
- 'ipv6-address-pools'
More commands are merged between configuration files from raw and ipv6:
- 'tunnel-group-map'
- sub command 'certificate-group-map' of command 'webvpn'

'vpn-framed-ipv6-address' in username mode was handled implicitly
since all sub commands are compared already.

This fixes #13
