Stabilize app-routing e2e readiness checks

Add targeted e2e filters and optional cleanup skipping for local repro loops, wait for the default nginx ingress controller to become stable before running assertions, relax client readiness probes for DNS/routing propagation, and improve timeout diagnostics.

Validation: go test ./testing/e2e/tests ./testing/e2e/suites ./testing/e2e/manifests ./testing/e2e/cmd ./cmd/e2e; targeted latest cleanDeploy multiple/multiple e2e passed 4 consecutive times on preserved infra: 20260617-1534-targeted-corrected-crds plus serial repeats 20260617-1638-targeted-repeat-{1,2,3}.
