fix: propagate FacetIndex::fields() getter + ungate BodyKind import (task 033)

Update the API consumers the consistency refactor touched: openalex-builder and
the term/search/hybrid search Lambdas switch FacetIndex.fields -> fields(). Also
ungate the BodyKind import in splitset_build so the non-terms 'splits' build (which
uses BodyKind::Trigram) compiles — caught by the pre-push --features splits gate.
