docs: improve README and add automated benchmark tooling

Improve README readability: add Wikipedia link for non-finance readers,
move detailed pattern descriptions to docs/PATTERNS.md, add Architecture
section, and replace hardcoded stats with dynamic benchmark markers.

Add bench:readme script and CI workflow (github-action-benchmark) to
auto-update performance numbers and detect regressions on PRs.
