docs: add missing detection conditions to Kicker, Star, and Soldiers/Crows descriptions

Kicker: clarify the gap is between bodies (not full candles), and document
  the hammer/inverted hammer exclusion — a kicker-shaped setup where the
  second candle has a hammer shape silently returns false without this note.

Morning Star / Evening Star: add body-size thresholds (≥60% for first/third
  candle, ≤30% for star) that must be met for the pattern to fire.

Three White Soldiers / Three Black Crows: add body-size threshold (≥60%)
  and shadow limit (≤30% of body) to explain non-detections.
