Fix the Zenodo DOI badge to render reliably

The badge used `https://zenodo.org/badge/492901042.svg`, which 302-redirects
to the concept-DOI badge; GitHub's camo image proxy intermittently fails on
that redirect and serves a broken image. Use the direct concept-DOI form
`https://zenodo.org/badge/DOI/10.5281/zenodo.15045770.svg` (no redirect), which
also busts the stale camo cache. Point the link at the matching concept DOI
`10.5281/zenodo.15045770` (always the latest version) rather than the v1
version DOI `15045769`, so badge and link agree.
