docs: fix misleading precompute tip, stale API checklist, lint command, and missing changelog entries

- README: correct "pattern functions return new objects" — they return number[]; precomputeCandleProps returns enriched objects
- README: rewrite precomputeCandleProps tip to show the actual use case (individual series functions on same raw array); clarify that patternChain handles precomputation internally via ensurePrecomputed
- ARCHITECTURE.md: update new-pattern checklist to use ensurePrecomputed() instead of precomputeCandleProps()
- CONTRIBUTING.md: replace `npm run lint -- --fix` with `npm run lint:fix` (the defined script)
- CHANGELOG.md: add missing [Unreleased] bug fix entries for issues #81–#87
