refactor!: Modernize UI components and improve navigation experience

- Updated the Sidebar component to provide better navigation and a
cleaner design
- Refactor table components to improve visual consistency and user
experience.
- Update styles for InfiniteScroll, InfiniteTable, SearchBox, Table,
and TablePagination components
- Implement circular list wrapping navigation tabs
- Refactor `CampaignTargetsTabs` to ingest the new
 SegmentedControl component directly for campaign target status tabs.
- Added path persistence to the Tabs component, allowing users to retain
their selected tab even after refreshing the page.
- Wrapped content in Cards for better visual separation and organization.
- Updated SearchBox to look consistent with the new design.
- Updated FormRow styles to align with the new design and enhance
form layout.
- Replaced custom empty state text with the standard table message on
System Models and Hardware Types pages to align with other.
