fix: restore standalone output and update hono for security audit

- Re-add output: 'standalone' to next.config.ts (required for Docker
  builds; Vercel ignores it)
- Update hono 4.12.24 -> 4.12.25 to fix path traversal vulnerability
  (GHSA-wwfh-h76j-fc44) that was failing the Security Audit workflow
