docs(faq): explain how to migrate a hostname between sources (#6490)

Document why a DNS record does not switch when two sources claim the
same hostname (first-acquirer wins, by design to avoid flapping) and the
correct way to migrate: make the old source stop emitting the hostname.

Note that a source can produce a hostname from several places. An Ingress
emits it from both spec.rules[].host and the hostname annotation, so
removing the annotation alone is not enough; use ingress-hostname-source
or remove the host rule. No manual record deletion or extra flag needed.
