feat: hide social emotes from marketplace browse (#2651)

* feat: hide social emotes from marketplace browse

Send `includeSocialEmotes=false` on the catalog, items and nfts browse
requests so social emotes are excluded from the marketplace until the
feature is released. The marketplace-server now includes social emotes by
default and only excludes them when this flag is explicitly false.

Applied to the browse entrypoints only (CatalogAPI.get, ItemAPI.get,
NFTAPI.fetch); single-item lookups (getOne / fetchOne) are left untouched
so direct asset detail pages still resolve.

* refactor: address PR review feedback for social emote exclusion

- Build the items query with URLSearchParams instead of string
  concatenation, avoiding a stray `&` when there are no filters and
  matching the catalog/nft API clients.
- Also exclude social emotes from getTrendings (/v1/trendings), which
  was previously uncovered.
