test-programs: remove pf_trace_printk from BMP280 sensor program (#1137)

The BMP280 BPF program image exceeded the 4096-byte resident program
limit (4670 bytes). Remove all pf_trace_printk calls and their
associated error string literals to reduce the sonde section by 632
bytes and .rodata by 124 bytes (756 bytes total savings, 65 fewer
instructions).

Error paths now silently return 0, consistent with the protocol's
silent-discard design. The chip ID check, calibration read, trigger,
delay, and raw read still abort on failure — they just don't log.
