fix(types): add canvas subpath mapping

Add a typesVersions entry for the canvas subpath.

This lets legacy TypeScript moduleResolution: node resolve billboard.js/canvas declarations.
Consumers no longer need paths overrides for the canvas entry.
Modern resolvers continue to use the existing exports.types mapping.
