fix(ci): correct cnp-domain e2e events artifact name (#6879)

The Collect k8s events step in the kube-ovn-cnp-domain-e2e job archived
the events as kube-ovn-anp-domain-e2e-*-events.tar.gz, but the Upload
step referenced the kube-ovn-cnp-domain-e2e-*-events.tar.gz path. The
names never matched, so the events artifact was silently skipped on CNP
e2e failures. Align the archive name with the upload path.
