chore: remove lend-by-category page code (#6993)

* chore: [MP-2894] remove /lend-by-category page components

The /lend-by-category namespace is served externally now; the in-app
implementation is dead. Delete the three page files and the route
entries that pointed at them. Slug-alias redirects under
/lend-by-category/* are kept untouched.

- src/assets/images/helpmechoose/{apple,progress}.svg

Plus pre-existing dead assets topically related to the deletion:
- src/assets/images/lend-by-category-homepage/ (23 files, no code
  references since the 2018 homepage replacement)

Kept: FeaturedHeroLoan.vue (still imported by FundedBorrowerProfile
and LoanCardController) and helpmechoose/kiva_mark.svg (still imported
by Iwd/ActivityAvatar).
