Add custom modal cell style and simplify regex

Add cellType: CUSTOM_ELEM and cellStyle: MODAL to several display columns in exploreFilesTabs so those cells render as custom modal elements. Also simplify the bracket-stripping regex in CustomCellView to remove both '[' and ']' in one pass (more robust parsing of rawData before splitting into ids). Files changed: src/bento/dashboardTabData.js, src/pages/inventory/tabs/tableConfig/Column.js.
