fix: address all review comments from review 4498802300

- Fix duplicate @Inject(MatDialog) decorators in new-person.component.ts
- Restore multi-person linking: update AddLinkPersonDialogComponent "Link by ID"
  tab to accept multiple IDs via textarea (one per line or comma/space-separated)
- Rename existingPersonId -> existingPersonIdsInput for clarity; add aria-label
- Change AddLinkPersonDialogResult.existingPersonId to existingPersonIds string[]
- Add LinkPersonDialogData.fromPersonIds() static factory method
- Update person-family-list and person-family-child-list to pass all IDs to
  linkChildren/linkChild, restoring multi-child linking capability
- Update all affected spec files
