feat: port-forward pods/services via kubectl with 'f' and a forwards list

Press f on a pod or service to start kubectl port-forward as a tracked
background child; Shift+F lists active forwards and d/Enter stops one.
Forwards are torn down on quit and on context switch, so no kubectl
child outlives the UI.
