Add Apple beta program enrollment token browser to the DEP virtual server UI (#1512)

A new "Beta enrollment tokens" section on the DEP virtual server detail page fetches the per-organization AppleSeed for IT tokens directly from Apple's mdmenrollment.apple.com/os-beta-enrollment/tokens endpoint through a new mdm_api:dep_virtual_server_beta_tokens JSON endpoint, and renders them client-side with OS, program title, and token. Nothing is persisted — Apple owns the lifecycle, the tokens rotate per OS upgrade period, and the admin is the only consumer for now. Admins can copy a token into a hand-crafted com.apple.configuration.softwareupdate.settings DDM declaration (RequireProgram or OfferPrograms); the docs walk through the end-to-end workflow including the Apple OS → Zentral platform mapping and the token-rotation playbook.
