cleaning init, check, and get_metadata parts of the image_tiff parsers (#171)

* cleaning init, check, and get_metadata parts of the image_tiff parsers

* cleaning init, check, and get_metadata parts for the remaining image_tiff parsers

* implementing remaining run-through and batch processing code to test hard that we just drop the parser a bunch of image files, some with, some without sidecar files and let the individual subparsers figure out if there is content they understand. Note that this is a more fragile scenario than we have previously try as here also the interplay between all parsers need to work correctly, like if one parser does not find anything, if exits in a controlled manner, and just lets the next parser do its job, this will also help with fixing likely flaws in the orchestration of the parser queue within pynxtools-em

* remove files if no NeXus file with default plot was provided

* remove files if no NeXus file with default plot was provided

* image initial run-through completed, suffices for the project meeting
