fix: lower Zerion unsupported-network errors to warning (#3152)

Chains without a Zerion mapping made _getChainName throw a plain Error,
which the GlobalErrorFilter mapped to a 500 and logged at error level,
triggering CGW alerts for networks Zerion simply does not support
(e.g. Base Sepolia 84532, Fluent 25363, Stable 988).

Throw HttpExceptionNoLog (422) instead and log the condition at warn
level, so the filter skips its auto error log. Applied to both the
positions and balances Zerion datasources.
