Add support for a `has_submenu_items` methods on custom page types (#35)

* Tidied managers.py and fetch 'link_page__content_type' for menu items
* Accept 'original_menu_tag' in 'prime_menu_items' and use it an attempt to find and call 'has_submenu_items' method on a specific page object, before resorting to the default 'count children in menu' check
* Added the 'has_submenu_items' method to `MenuPage` so there's something there to extend. It's slightly worse performance-wise, but it makes things far easier to understand, override and explain with examples.
* When priming menu items, always replace 'MenuItem.link_page' with the page object we have after other operations. If we can return a specific page with no additional overhead, we should
* Added new section to `README.md` to discuss `modify_submenu_items` and `has_submenu_items` customisation in more depth
