refactor(all): Improve ESM and canvas runtime reliability (#4143)

- Preserve optional API stubs in ESM builds and align canvas-only type exports.
- Fallback safely when ResizeObserver or worker Blob URLs are unavailable.
- Invalidate shape offsets and event rects when data generation changes.
- Use visible canvas ranges for zoomed paths, labels, gradients, and focus overlays.
- Fix Date merges and preserve falsy values in set/map utilities.
