Move local ClickHouse native port off 9000 to avoid replicator metrics conflict (#827)

The replicator's Prometheus metrics listener binds host port 9000, which
collided with the local ClickHouse native TCP port (also 9000) started by
docker-compose, causing the replicator to crash loop with 'Address already
in use'. Default the host-side CLICKHOUSE_NATIVE_PORT mapping to 9001; the
container still listens on 9000 internally.
