refactor(bb_diag): rename /api/diag/boot abnormal_reset_count to wdt_resets (B1-269) (#438)

Align JSON key in /api/diag/boot route and diag.boot event topic with bb_pub_info naming convention. Underlying C function bb_diag_abnormal_reset_count() remains unchanged (internal accessor). Schema + test assertions updated.
