docs: follow-up cleanup — remove last JS, clean stale CI pages (#20)

* docs: drop the fragment-stripping JavaScript

autosummary_fixes.js only stripped the "#anchor" from the autosummary
table links so they landed at the top of the page rather than the
function's signature anchor. Now that the signature sits directly under
the page title, the anchor jump is effectively the page top anyway, so
the script (and the last html_js_files entry) can go. This removes the
final piece of client-side JavaScript from the docs build.

* ci(docs): clean stale pages from each version's docs directory

The versioned deploy used keep_files: true, so pages for renamed or
removed functions lingered indefinitely in latest/ and stable/. Because
peaceiris/actions-gh-pages scopes its clean to destination_dir, setting
keep_files: false there removes stale files from that version only while
leaving the sibling version and the root redirect intact. The root
redirect deploy keeps keep_files: true (it has no destination_dir, so a
clean publish would wipe latest/ and stable/).
