docs: list the herdr backend in terminal enumerations

add herdr (after zellij, before kitty) to every doc surface that enumerates
supported terminals: README table/priority/overview, site docs.html + index.html
(table/grid/priority/JSON-LD) + llms.txt, both SKILL.md and install.md copies,
plugin READMEs, the plan-review hook docstring, and the opencode plan-review
comment. config.md is left alone (herdr uses a full tab, not a sized popup).
