fix: use param constants in test and clarify internalMount comment

- Use paramServer/paramShare constants instead of raw strings in the
  cross-share snapshot test for consistency with the rest of the suite.
- Update internalMount comment to reference all callers (CreateVolume,
  DeleteVolume, CreateSnapshot, etc.) instead of just CreateVolume/
  DeleteVolume.
