feat(examples): hybrid-search Lambda — text arm + Gemma, RRF-fused

New crate deployed as two functions via TEXT_MODE=trigram|term: the text arm
(trigram intersection, or BM25-reranked term) is fused with the Gemma semantic
arm by reciprocal rank, all in-region over S3 range reads — only the paged IDs +
facet counts cross the wire. term+Gemma is BM25 with semantic. Reuses the term
Lambda's S3Fetch/CachedFetch (LRU, 8 GiB) and embeds the query via an in-region
GET to the embed API.

Demo wires the two hybrid modes to /search-hybrid-{tri,term} (server-default,
with the in-browser RRF fusion as the toggle-off fallback) and deep-links them.
