Improve Taylor1 performance (#415)

* Some performance fixes for Taylor1; add nowarn kwarg for variables! and use it in tests

* Bump patch version

* Improvements for nested Taylor1s

* Switch to direct coeffs access for mutating methods of: elementary functions, arithmetic helpers, zero, one, identity, scalar sqrt!, nested differentiation/integration and some evaluation methods (Horner)

* Fix #411

* Fix docs build

* Try a similar approach for Taylor1{TaylorN{Float64}}
