docs: correct client facet-filter cost — membership reads (~tens of KB), not 52 MB

The 52 MB figure was live_bench's naive full_bitmap() path; the demo facets via
membership_bitmap (index.rs), which reads only the candidate ids' 64K-doc buckets at
container granularity on the existing .rrf — ~tens of KB. Faceting is cheap client-side;
the server's facet edge is exact totals/counts, not bytes. (live_bench's facet rows still
use full_bitmap and should switch to membership_bitmap to mirror the demo — follow-up.)
